I felt the previous comments were just a bit too harsh... and I especially don't like certain sexual orientation slurs... but I felt the original sentiments could be maintained with some slight changes... How can I become an "invited guest" to Mr. Doucette's Peabody Tanner Blog? I am not sure how it works, maybe some explanation by Mr. Doucette should be in order to explain the process?
Is his blog still moving forward with new topics that only certain folks can view and comment on? Or is it lying idle with no new stories for now? I voted for Mr. Doucette because I felt he cared about the children in Peabody, I also felt that his website addressed more of the school related issues than any of the others do. (sorry)
My days of bitching about the MJB administration are over, I will just do as all others do when unhappy with political warfare...wait it out til he's gone! In my opinion he SUCKS!
We DO need a school based forum for the cities parents to log onto and voice their opinions.

I too am sometimes confused and perplexed with the ever changing status of Keith's blog.
And I do know your frustrations as well. For the record, I am not an invited guest to it either. So I get the same curt message when he has it closed.
Now, occasionally in the past I have understood that he sometimes closes the blog to do updates... which go much faster when it is not in 'public mode,' but I don't know if this is the case now.
As of this moment (6/20/08 at noon) his blog is up and open.
Now you might wish to note his new public statement from his profile:

Keith also gives his email address there so you might wish to contact him and discuss your concerns.
Keith has no clue what is going on School Parent. He has little clue about school happenings and comments as if he does. It's extremely frustrating to read his comments.

I only announce this as a further answer to the previous posting about his blog. I am not bashing Keith, nor and I praising him, I am simply reporting the full breadth of my knowledge.

11:07 Saturday, KD's blog is down (removed). Is that his style? Face critisism and run. If that's a taste of what KD would have brought to the SC... Boy are we luck!
I can confirm that Keith's blog has been removed (per the notice at blogger.com).
I am sad to see him go from the blog-o'sphere and look forward to his return... hopefully soon.
He is always welcome to comment here.

while KD decides whether to stay or whether to go...it has now become quite apparent that OG and PI are in this for the long haul, that each of us has thick enough skin to absorb the slings and arrows of disagreements and that we can find a civil way to discuss the issues without resorting to rants, threats or insults....KD you really need to find your true identity before you resume your political aspirations...a long time ago OG warned you about the inherent perils of going 'public' but you somewhat felt immune to that sage advice....sometimes feedback needs to be taken wisely.
Just say it OG, "Keith is a poo poo head."
What ever OG your here hiding behind you computer my friend. As for the brave ANON with his PPH comments enjoy your summer school will be open soon enough.
