PI, is that sale price correct? $20,000?!? A new car costs more than that! Where can I find such a deal?

All this info is taken right from the City on-line GIS.

The sale was done in December 2004... but $20k is still too low for a $1M property!

I am guessing it was more of a transfer between business interests in order to protect the owners from financial problems...

...think shifting from one dummy corp to another to limit bankruptcy liability.
